In Home Therapy Session
In these sessions we meet you where you are at. Individuals report higher levels of comfort in therapy when they can experience it in their own homes.

Online Group Therapy
We offer ongoing supportive group therapy for women at different role transitions in their lives. These sessions are offered on a weekly basis. These sessions are done online so women with childcare issues or busy work schedules can attend.

For all other insurance plans we are an out-of-network provider. We can provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your insurance. Some clients can receive partial reimbursement this way through their PPO plan. It is always good to call and see how much you can get reimbursed before submitting.

We want therapy to be accessible to all and we want you to get some relief so if financial constraints are what is stopping you from getting help, let us know. We offer a limited number of reduced fee appointments. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
